Mr. Ian Telfer is co-founder, major shareholder and Director of Renaissance Oil Corp. Since 2006, Mr. Telfer, past President & CEO, has served as Chairman of the Board of Goldcorp Inc., one of the largest and fastest growing gold mining companies in the world. Mr. Telfer is the former Chairman of the World Gold Council whose members comprise the world’s leading gold mining companies.

As one of the most influential businessmen in the Canadian financial community, Mr. Telfer has been recognized over the years with special achievement awards by various organizations such as the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Ernst & Young Entrepeneur of the Year, and the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines. Mr. Telfer is also a Director of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

Mr. Telfer is a Chartered Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. In 2007, the University of Ottawa renamed their business school to The Telfer School of Management, in honour of Mr. Telfer, whose donation was the largest donation in Canadian history to be given to a business school.

Craig Steinke, CEO, is co-founder, major shareholder and Director of Renaissance Oil Corp. Mr. Steinke has over 20 years of extensive experience in the global oil and gas industry, specializing in property acquisitions and resource development. During his career, Mr. Steinke has been instrumental in acquiring in excess of 25 million acres of domestic and international petroleum and natural gas rights, as well as financing and developing these assets. He has initiated and developed several successful unconventional resource companies, with specific focus on shale gas.

Most recently, Mr. Steinke was Executive Chairman & CEO of Realm Energy International Corporation, a Canadian domiciled global energy company focused on exploration and development of major shale plays throughout Europe and emerging countries. Realm Energy, formed by Craig Steinke and Ian Telfer in 2009, collaborated with Halliburton (Houston), assembled key shale plays in ten European basins, completed a major joint venture with ConocoPhillips and merged the Company in November 2011 with another European shale player.

Mr. Steinke has been instrumental in acquiring and developing assets in some of North America’s major unconventional plays, such as coalbed methane in the Powder River Basin, shale gas plays in the Fayetteville, Marcellus and Montney. Mr. Steinke, educated in Petroleum Land Management, is certified with the CWC School of Energy (London, England) in World Fiscal Systems for Oil and Gas. He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators; an organization designed to enhance the professionalism of cross-border energy negotiators worldwide.

Gordon Keep

Mr. Gordon Keep has extensive business experience in investment banking and creating public natural resource companies.

Mr. Keep is currently the CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm. He also serves as an officer and/or director for several natural resource companies.

From January 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Keep was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President and a director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. from September 1997 until March 2004. From April 1987 to October 1997, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance in the Natural Resource group of Yorkton Securities Inc.

Mr. Keep obtained his B.Sc. in Geological Science from Queen’s University in 1979 and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1983. He is a Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia.

Vadim Jivov

Mr. Jivov has had a long, successful career in private business, as well as held senior positions in public companies and large corporations. Mr. Jivov has successfully started and, subsequently, sold a number of businesses globally, including Canada, the United States, Eastern Europe and throughout the CIS.

During his career, Mr. Jivov has worked extensively to build resource oriented businesses in emerging markets including Namibia, Tanzania, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Uzbekistan. Over the last 10 years, he has held a number of Executive and Board positions in the mining and energy sectors, and completed a number of large M&A and capital market transactions. Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. Jivov served as President and Board Member of Uranium One Inc.
